This was done by rebalancing the portfolio to connectors and cable management, expanding into adjacent non-automotive segments, closing and integrating 3 major acquisitions totalling $3.3 Billion, advancing the portfolio through investment in product development, transforming the connector business into the world’s #2 leader through innovation, restructuring the global footprint and rebalancing regional mix, expanding the #1 leader position in China, rotating the customer base to Japanese and Korean OEMs, building an environment that fosters high-performing talent, accountability and future leaders, expanding EBITDA margins from 14.2% to 19.2%, achieving growth above the market with a 10% CAGR , and establishing the “excellence culture” as the foundation of the company.

Majdi Abulaban has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from University of Pittsburgh.
