Ruth Young

Ruth Young has a strong background in the mortgage and banking industry. Ruth began their career in 1986 with Transamerica Title Insurance Company, where they focused on account management, sales, customer relations, and mortgage and real estate closings. In 1990, they joined Philip R Seaver Title Company as an Account Manager before moving to Capital Mortgage Funding in 1992, where they served as Vice President, specializing in residential mortgages. Ruth worked at Capital Mortgage Funding for 18 years before joining Main Street Bank and later Superior National Bank in 2010, both as a Vice President in residential lending. Throughout their career, they have developed expertise in new home purchases, refinancing, cash-out refinancing, and various mortgage types such as conventional, FHA, VA, and MSHDA.
