Felicia Gaither

Felicia Gaither is a Human Resource Coordinator at Superior Traffic Control. Felicia has previous experience working as a receptionist/teller at Ascend Federal Credit Union and as a human resource generalist at CST Storage, Inc. where they maintained records in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 certification. At Superior Traffic Control, Felicia provides employees with guidance in handling difficult and complex problems, and in resolving escalated complaints and disputes. Felicia also initiates and verifies background investigations, drug testing, and I-9 documentation. Felicia successfully handled weekly payroll and coordinated activities with other supervisory personnel, and with other work units and departments while at CST Storage.

Felicia Gaither has a B.B.A in Economics and Finance from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and an Associate Degree in General Studies from Motlow State Community College.
