Noa Dana is an enthusiastic Head of People, currently providing organizational consulting and tailored recruitment solutions. With a B.Arch from the Technion and a Master's degree in organizational development from The College of Management Academic Studies, they bring a unique perspective to human resource management. Previously, Noa held roles such as HRBP at Angel Bakeries and UBank, where they managed employee relations, organizational development, and compliance with labor laws. At Stern, Noa oversaw international HR operations, enhancing cultural alignment and training initiatives.
