Sardar Gautham is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product development, program management, and operations. Currently serving as a Product Development Executive at Supernal, Sardar focuses on establishing long-term financial planning and building supply chain organizations. Previously, Sardar held leadership roles at Luminar Technologies, Waymo, Google, and GE Healthcare, where achievements included launching operating systems for decision-making, developing workforce staffing models, and leading strategic initiatives for rapid growth. Sardar’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras.
