Jan Owen

Jan Owen is an experienced professional in MLR operations and marketing effectiveness, currently serving as a Consultant for MLR Operations Excellence at Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jan was the Director of MLR Operations Excellence Lead at Sage Therapeutics, managing the MLR operations team and supporting multiple product-related initiatives from December 2021 to August 2025. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals and Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, focusing on promotional operations and project management. Jan co-owned S&J Ventures LLC, contributing to residential real estate development from 2015 to 2020, and held various operations roles at Takeda Oncology, Biogen, and Millennium Pharmaceuticals. Jan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College and a Master of Public Health in Management and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
