Vidhya Sam

Vidhya Sam started their career in 2004 as a Consultant at Ace Management Consultants. Vidhya then moved to Kelly Services in 2005 as a Consultant. In 2007, they joined Frost & Sullivan as an Assistant Manager - Human Resource and Assistant Manager - Recruitment, and was later promoted to Sr.Executive - Recruitment. In 2012, they joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Manager and Associate Manager - Talent Management. In 2019, they moved to Adrenalin eSystems Ltd as Head Of Human Resources. Currently, they are working as Head Of Human Resources at SuperOps.ai since 2022.

Vidhya Sam's education history includes an Executive PGCHRM from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, which they obtained in 2021-2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Pondicherry University in 2004-2006. Vidhya also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Madras in 2001-2004. Vidhya also attended C.S.I.Bain School. Additionally, they obtained an HRBP Advanced certification from CHRMP in December 2020.
