Aditya Rout has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as the US Talent Partnerships Lead for Fanfix at SuperOrdinary since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Creator Partnerships Lead at a stealth startup from January 2022 to November 2022. Before that, Aditya held the role of Strategic Partnerships & 1st Business Hire at Karat Financial from August 2020 to January 2022. They also gained experience in SMB Growth at Visa from June 2019 to August 2020. Aditya's previous roles include Market Intelligence & Strategy at The Innovation Institute in 2018, Research Fellow in the Neuroeconomics Laboratory at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from April 2017 to December 2017, Product Management at AcesoCloud Inc. from May 2017 to August 2017, and Business Development at We Dream Worlds from December 2016 to April 2017.

Aditya Rout has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to that, Aditya attended Saint Francis High School.
