Bianca Pieterse

Bianca Pieterse has a diverse work experience in the advertising and design industry. Bianca is currently the AI Creative Lead at Superside, where they focus on refining AI-generated content and developing innovative workflows. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Art Director at Retroviral Digital Communications, where they created monthly content plans and led digital campaigns for various brands. Bianca also worked as an Art Director at Abnormal Group, where they conceptualized campaigns and organized shoots. Bianca gained experience in different facets of the advertising industry as an Art Director at Ogilvy & Mather South Africa, and as a Junior Art Director at DDB South Africa. Earlier in their career, they also worked as a Junior Lecturer at Vaal University of Technology, teaching communication design and drawing. Overall, Bianca has developed a strong skill set in designing, campaign conceptualization, and project management.

Bianca Pieterse obtained a Degree in Graphic Design from Vaal University of Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Bianca also holds additional certifications in Emotional Design, User Research, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, and UX Design.
