Marcia Dellarosa

Marcia Dellarosa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the design and art direction field. Marcia is currently working as a Design Director and Creative Team Lead at Superside, where they bring creative direction to global brands, manages workflow and deliverables, and fosters an inclusive culture for designers. Prior to this, they worked as a Design Mentor at adplist.org, helping to democratize mentoring and empower creatives worldwide. Marcia also served as a Creative Art Director at Ready Set, specializing in performance-driven and direct-response strategies for DTC brands. Marcia has also held roles at Trafilea, Shapermint, Forleden, Glamit, Sportline, Vix Inc., and Captus, where they gained experience in branding, graphic design, and art direction.

Marcia Dellarosa attended Brother Ad School in 2020, where they pursued a degree in Art Direction with a focus on Digital Arts. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design at the Universidad del Salvador. Marcia also obtained their High School Diploma from Austin Preparatory School.
