Maria Paula Zuluaga Sepulveda has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over a decade. Maria Paula has worked in various positions, including Global Lead People Care Partner at Superside, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they served as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Tribal, where they worked closely with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals and implemented HR strategies across the employee life cycle. Maria Paula also held the position of Head of People and Culture at Enmedio Comunicación Digital, where they led the HR team and revitalized the company's retention program. Before that, Maria worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at EY and held multiple roles at Quala S.A., including Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Professional. Maria Paula Zuluaga Sepulveda completed their bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universidad de Los Andes from 2013 to 2017. Maria Paula then pursued a Master's degree in Positive Psychology at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from 2023 to 2024.
