Tatiana Wlasek is the Co-Founder and VP of Marketing & Partnerships at Supersocial. Tatiana has over 10 years of experience in experience curation and creation, strategic marketing, and team management.

Tatiana started their career as an Experience Director at Selina, an ecosystem of platforms & destinations where global and local communities travel, meet, interact, and forge new experiences. There, they were responsible for creating unique and memorable concepts for Selina locations, providing local insights & inputs based on each field of expertise (hospitality, F&B, programming, arts, music, coworking, co-living). Tatiana also defined the product commercial strategy, guaranteeing that the creative narrative translates into positive commercial results.

In their role at Selina, Tatiana also supported the Real Estate, Development and Market Research teams in identifying unique locations and defining go to market strategy. Tatiana activated the Brand Promise and Selina guest experience for all locations within Brasil, training local team to exceed guest experience KPI's. Tatiana also partnered with HR and operations to hire onsite Experience Manager, Community Supervisor and create lead generation for other key employees.

Tatiana also owned and managed Selina’s metric and measurement tools that enable each location to constantly and consistently enhance the guest’s experience. Tatiana also conducted quality control audits. Tatiana liaised with global teams of Product, F&B, Brand, Operations and Marketing, to create and maintain a strong culture for staff, guests and locals. Tatiana also mapped and involved communities identifying local influential partners in order to stimulate

and impact economies. Tatiana managed multiple projects of new and operational locations, from concept, to pre opening to daily execution. Tatiana also liaised with partner agencies such as PR and digital, developing marketing strategic plans.

In their role at Selina, Tatiana curated and managed a calendar of onsite programming including music, wellness, impact, entrepreneurship, educational activities. Tatiana selected key partners aimed at attaining defined commercial targets. During their time at Selina, they created 9 concepts and managed 5 open locations.

Tatiana Wlasek obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from New York University.
