Dean Swennumson

Dean Swennumson started their work experience in 2017 as an External Risk Manager at Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. Dean then became the President of the fraternity from 2018 to 2019. In 2017, they also worked as a Private Wealth Management Intern at Arlington Financial Advisors. In 2019, Dean interned as a Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Assurance Intern at Ernst & Young. Continuing their career in finance, they became a Finance Team Lead at the Rocket Propulsion Laboratory at UCSB from 2019 to 2020. Starting in 2020, Dean worked as an Audit Staff Accountant at EY until 2021. Dean then joined Compound Labs as an Operations Associate from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Dean is the Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Superstate.

Dean Swennumson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Monte Vista High School, completing their studies in 2016.
