Megan Kindler

Megan Kindler has a strong background in human resources and people management. Megan is currently working at SuperTeam Games as the Head of People, where they focus on cultivating a positive culture and developing talented teams. Prior to this role, Megan worked at Electronic Arts as a Senior Manager, People Business Partner. At Glu Mobile, they held various positions including Senior People Business Partner, People Business Partner, and HR Generalist. Megan also worked at Cie as an HR Administrator and Office Manager, and at Eastbay Consulting, Inc as an HR Manager. Throughout their career, Megan has been involved in various HR functions such as talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational design. Megan brings a people-centered approach and strives to support and develop amazing teams in creating amazing games.

Megan Kindler has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Megan also attended Orange Coast College, where they studied Marketing. In 2016, Megan obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, in 2019, they earned the Strategic HR Business Partner certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
