Seth Anstadt

Seth Anstadt has worked in a variety of roles in the software industry since 2014. Seth began their career at Oracle Hospitality as an Implementation Consultant, where they were responsible for managing project timelines for MICROS installations, configuring, installing, training and providing onsite support for the MICROS product suites and associated interfaces, and training customers and their staff on the functions of the POS. In 2015, they joined talentReef as a Senior Consultant and Implementation Consultant. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at InPlace Software as Director of Business Operations - North America, where they led a team of deployment business analysts, oversaw the support team, worked with clients to ensure a smooth deployment, and coached and mentored their team. Currently, they are Manager, Implementation PMO at supplier.io, where they lead and manages a team of project managers to ensure timely delivery of customer implementations (SAAS solutions), tracks and monitors schedules and work of PMO Team to drive performance, and provides direction to project and implementation managers on their projects to ensure balanced constraints (time, cost, and quality) are maintained by coaching, mentoring and serving as an escalation point as needed.

Seth Anstadt attended Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications.
