Mike Janke has a long and varied work experience. Mike began their career in 2010 as an Inside Sales Rep at Build.com, where they were a top 5 salesperson every month. In 2012, they were personally selected by the CEO as the sole representative on an international project located in the UK. Mike then moved up to Sales Supervisor, where they managed a team of 17 and created new policies and procedures to reach top line, GM, and GP goals. In 2017, Mike became the Vice President of Sales at Pocket Points, Inc., where they developed a "Key Partnership" program that grew ad revenue by 350% YOY and commission revenue by 45% YOY. Mike also integrated and mapped a Salesforce CRM instance to document and enhance customer relationships. That same year, Mike also became the Owner of MLJ Consulting, where they worked with start-up and seasoned companies in the fashion, retail, and home improvement industries. In 2019, Mike became the Director of Sales & Marketing at Homize Inc., where they were recruited by the CEO to help grow the company into a national ecommerce brand. Finally, in 2020, Mike became the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Supply Chimp, where they were responsible for the strategy, direction, and execution of all things revenue. Mike created strategy and direction for the company's drop ship model, detailed out key partners for distribution, and created the yearly forecast model for the company.

Mike Janke received a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Phoenix between 2009 and 2011. Mike also received a Bachelor's of Science in Recreation Administration from California State University, Chico between 2000 and 2005.
