Andrew Crean has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Andrew started their career in 2000 as a Finance Director at Compass Group UK & Ireland, where they were responsible for financial control, planning, and budgeting. Andrew also served as Director of three Joint-Venture businesses. In 2010, they became the Group Finance Director at The Jockey Club, overseeing all financial, property, and IT activities. During their tenure, they successfully designed and closed the first unlisted retail bond in sport. In 2013, Andrew joined The Football Association as the Group Chief Financial Officer, leading the Corporate Services Division and implementing significant cost-saving measures. In 2016, they established their own CFO consultancy firm, Crean Associates, before becoming the Chief Financial Officer at Supponor in 2017.
