Cynthia Hallin

Cynthia Hallin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cynthia started their career in 1997 as a Financial Manager/Senior Accountant at Flynn Management Associates, Inc. where they established and managed the finance and accounting department. Cynthia also developed budgets and conducted monthly financial analysis for multiple associations.

In 2006, Cynthia joined Wood Group as a Financial Analyst, working closely with the division CFO and coordinating with controllers globally. Cynthia was responsible for financial analysis, developing CFO reports, and streamlining reports.

From 2011 to 2018, Cynthia worked at Fiserv Inc., Biller Solutions as a Senior Financial Analyst. Cynthia collaborated with the division CFO and directors, conducting financial analysis of business product results and developing monthly reports.

In 2018, Cynthia became the Owner and Managing Director at Supporting Strategies. Cynthia leads a team of professionals providing outsourced bookkeeping and operational support services to clients from startups to lower-middle-market businesses.

Throughout their career, Cynthia has gained experience in various financial roles, showcasing their expertise in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and team management.

Cynthia Hallin completed their undergraduate education at Eastern Connecticut State University from 1992 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. In September 2018, they obtained the Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor Certification from Intuit. In August 2018, they obtained the Bill.com Expert Certification from Bill.com. Also in August 2018, they received certification as a HubSpot Sales Software Certified from HubSpot Academy.
