Rob Hartwig

Rob Hartwig has a diverse work experience, starting from 2004. Rob began their career as an Enrollment Counselor at the University of Phoenix, where they worked from August 2004 to June 2006. Following that, they joined DHI Mortgage as a Loan Officer from December 2005 to October 2008. In 2008, they transitioned to Clear Channel Communications as an Outside Sales Account Executive.

In 2009, Rob moved on to GoDaddy.com, where they held two roles. Initially, they served as a Customer Development Account Manager from February 2009 to June 2013. Rob then became a Premier Services Account Manager from January 2013 to September 2018. Rob'sresponsibilities included building relationships with major global accounts, analyzing customer hosting environments for security issues, troubleshooting compromised hosting environments, and consulting with C-level executives and IT professionals. Rob also presented, sold, and supported various GoDaddy products.

From October 2018 to June 2021, Rob worked at BlueFox Group as a vCIO, Account Manager, and Sales Engineer. Rob'srole involved working with business owners and executives to achieve business goals through technology, advising clients on IT best practices, and ensuring compliance with various regulations. Rob also engineered solutions for complex hybrid environments and managed projects to client satisfaction, resulting in an increase in client base and project sales.

In 2021, Rob joined Lockstep as a Solutions Architect, where they worked from June 2021 to March 2022. Currently, they are employed by SupportLogic as a Solutions Architect, starting from April 2022.

Rob Hartwig attended Westwood High School from 1994 to 1997, where they graduated with a high school diploma. Later, from 2014 to 2021, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology at the University of Phoenix. Rob has also acquired additional certifications, including the Learn SQL Course from Codecademy in May 2022 and Microeconomics (ECON1002) from Sophia Learning in March 2021. Rob is also certified in CompTIA A+, although the exact date of certification is unknown.
