Hardik Thakor

Hardik Thakor's work experience includes various roles in project management, technical project management, and software development. Hardik is currently working as a Technical Project Manager at SupraOracles since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager Scrum Master at Codezeros from May 2021. In this role, they developed and initiated projects, managed costs, and monitored performance. Hardik also drove team success through shared vision and recognition of quality performance. Before that, they worked as a Scrum Master at Emxcel from April 2020 to May 2021, where they played a role of an Agile Coach and introduced teams to the Scrum Framework. Additionally, they facilitated various Scrum activities and provided guidance on Agile scrum processes and methodologies. Their previous experience also includes roles as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at Hidden Brains InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. from September 2019 to March 2020, and as a Programmer Analyst and Scrum Master at Analytix Business Solutions from April 2016 to September 2019. Hardik started their career as a Web Developer and Team Lead at Elsner Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and as a Jr. PHP Developer at Weblineindia.com. Hardik also worked as a Web Development Intern at Jayatma Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Hardik Thakor obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technological University from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from B.K. School of Professional and Management Studies, which they completed from 2018 to 2021.

Additionally, Hardik Thakor has obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they achieved the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance. In April 2021, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Finally, in June 2023, they received the Project Management Essentials Certified certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.
