Santosh Dwivedi

Santosh Dwivedi has over 20 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) management and brand protection, currently serving as General Manager-IPR at The Supreme Industries Ltd since June 2015. Santosh has held several positions in the company, including Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager, focusing on the creation, adoption, prosecution, and protection of various forms of intellectual property such as trademarks, copyrights, designs, and patents. Prior to this role, Santosh worked at Beiersdorf (Nivea India Pvt Ltd) as Brand Protection Operations-Manager, emphasizing IPR enforcement and brand protection against duplication and illegitimate importation. Earlier experiences include serving as Head of Brand Protection for North India at Secure Marc and as Officer Operations at EIPR India Pvt Ltd, where Santosh managed IPR investigations for renowned global brands. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
