Katherine P. C. Francis has over 25 years of work experience. Katherine P. C. started their career as an Associate Attorney at Clinton Hart & Co in 1995. In 2001, they joined the Attorney General's Chambers as an Assistant Attorney General. Katherine then moved to the Jamaica Public Service Company Limited in 2006, where they held various roles including General Counsel & Corporate Secretary and VP- Legal & Compliance, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Katherine P. C. worked at the JPS until 2019 when they joined Supreme Ventures Ltd. as the SVP of Legal, Regulatory & Compliance.

C. first attended Fordham University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature.
