Shiv Maheshwari is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with extensive experience in finance and accounting. As the Head of Department at Suraj Estate Developers since July 2019, Shiv is responsible for P&L management, cash flow, risk management, and various compliance functions including IPO, fundraising, and statutory audits. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer at Highland Management Group, Shiv played a pivotal role in assessing project feasibility and structuring fundraising deals. Earlier experience includes serving as AGM-Finance & Accounts at Omkar Realtors & Developers Pvt Ltd, where expertise in financial reporting, due diligence, and corporate taxation was developed, along with a background as Taxation Manager at Talati & Co. Shiv is a Chartered Accountant with strong capabilities in SAP implementation, particularly within the FICO module.
