Customer Support Manager at Suralink

Lauren Beverly has been working in the customer service industry since 2013. Lauren began their career as a Food Server at Outback Steakhouse in 2014 and then at TGI Fridays in 2013. In 2015, they joined the Zappos Family of Companies as a Customer Loyalty Team member and was responsible for resolving customer inquiries through multiple contact channels. In 2018, they became the Assistant Manager of Operations at Zappos Theater. In 2021, they joined ClickUp as a Customer Support Chat Lead and Customer Support Specialist. Currently, they are the Customer Support Manager at Suralink.

Lauren Beverly is currently attending the College of Southern Nevada, where they are studying Human Services, General.
