Cassi Conrad-Lichtman

Cassi Conrad-Lichtman is the current Head of Insurance at Sure. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President, Director of Strategy & Operations at iptiQ by Swiss Re from April 2019 to October 2020, where they were responsible for planning and execution of business strategies, digital end-to-end strategy for property and casualty, and auto and commercial insurance digital transformation. From August 2016 to February 2019, they served as the Sr. Director, Insurance | Operations at Trōv, where they were responsible for planning and execution of business strategies + operations for single item coverage, mobility/fleet/auto insurance, and implementation and management of service providers and claims third party administrators (TPA's). Cassi has also worked with translation of insurance requirements to engineering to enable development of web, iOS and Android policy administration system, chatbot, and claims systems. Conrad-Lichtman has also managed global customer/tech support and operations directors in the US, UK, Australia, and Japan.

They are on a team with Dan Berkowitz - Chief Product Officer, Brenna Schaefer - Head of Marketing, and Adley Kloth - Head of Project Management. Cassi Conrad-Lichtman reports to Wayne Slavin, CEO & Co-Founder.
