Jason Pappas

Jason Pappas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jason started their career as an Insurance Counselor at GEICO, where they worked from 2011 to 2013. Jason then transitioned to become an Insurance Fraud Investigator at GEICO from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they founded Queen City Risk Management, a digital insurance brokerage, where they served as the Founder and CEO until 2021. During this time, they developed relationships with businesses, families, and professionals who needed insurance advice. Jason also worked as a Stewardship Ministry Developer at The Chapel in Buffalo, NY from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Lemonade as a Business Development Consultant, where they built a successful B2B distribution network. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Director of Business Development at OneBridge Benefits, where they accomplished $20M in Health Insurance (ICHRA) sales and progressed deals with C-suite decision-makers. Currently, they are employed as the Regional Sales Director - Northeast at SureCo, a market leader for Enterprise ICHRA solutions.

Jason Pappas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School, which they obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on International Business from the University at Buffalo. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Tableau Desktop Specialist from Tableau Software in 2020 and the NYS Property and Casualty License from the New York State in 2012.
