Ezra Windhorst

Ezra Windhorst is an experienced entrepreneur in IT security services, currently leading Surelock since November 2016, where the focus is on making digital risks visible and measurable through software solutions, including phishing simulations to enhance employee awareness. Prior to this role, Ezra served as Process Manager at IQ-PASS from August 2014 to October 2016, overseeing software development and data protection, and managing company-wide implementations for clients such as DAMEN Shiprepair & Conversion, Royal IHC, and Bouwconsortium OpenIJ. Ezra holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a BCom in Communication & Commerce from Hogeschool Leiden.
