Connie Thomas-Ratliff

Connie Thomas-Ratliff, MBA has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Connie started their career in the printing industry, gaining experience in production coordination, sales support, customer service, estimating, purchasing, and project management. Connie then worked at Ralston Purina as a Production Administrator, responsible for managing the production of sales promotion materials and packaging for pet foods.

In 1994, Connie joined Verizon as a Marketing Analyst, where they were responsible for sales and revenue reporting. Connie also worked as a Major & Corporate Account Customer Service Representative.

Connie joined Express Scripts in 2001 and held two roles. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, they led a team of quality analysts and implemented a continuous quality program. Connie later became a Project Manager, managing the certification, implementation, and management of ePrescribing technology vendors. Connie contributed to the development of industry standards and achieved a significant increase in prescriber adoption of ePrescribing.

Since 2011, Connie has been working at Surescripts LLC as a Principal Compliance Analyst. Connie'sresponsibilities include analyzing data to ensure products meet network certification requirements, conducting business intelligence analysis, collaborating with internal teams to design data analysis tools, and communicating with vendors and stakeholders on issue resolutions.

Connie Thomas-Ratliff, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University, where they studied Business, from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Arts Technology Management from the University of Central Missouri, graduating from 1983 to 1988.
