Laura S. has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Laura started their career at Pfizer as an Assistant Product Manager, where they developed strategic plans for the Centrum Performance brand. Laura then moved on to Kraft Foods Group, where they launched and managed the successful "100 Calorie Packs" line of products.

Laura joined Educate Products as a Product Manager, leading strategic planning and business development activities for the Reading Rainbow brand. Laura then transitioned to Howrey LLP, an international antitrust and IP firm, as a Senior Manager in Marketing and Business Development. In this role, they managed a team and implemented strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Laura also gained experience in the public sector at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where they planned and managed trade missions to attract foreign direct investment. Laura later worked as an Independent Pro Bono Consultant at Compass DC, where they led teams of volunteers in consulting projects for local non-profit boards.

In 2014, Laura joined the American Nurses Association as a Product Manager, responsible for fostering innovation and developing new products and services for nurses' continuing education.

Currently, Laura is working at Surescripts, where they have held multiple roles. As a Principal Business Advisor, they successfully launched a direct-to-provider Prior Authorization Website. Laura then transitioned to the role of Product Manager, where they led the launch and scaling of a strategic line extension for the company's prescription price transparency product. Recently, they became the Manager of Product Management, overseeing a high-profile prescription price transparency portfolio and rebuilding a product team across multiple locations.

Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.

Laura S. holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree (Double Major) in Marketing and Economics from the University of Maryland. In addition to their formal education, Laura also holds additional certifications, including the PMC Level III Certification from Pragmatic Institute and The Leadership and Management Program certification from the University of St. Thomas.
