Melita Porter

Melita Porter has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Melita began their career as an Office Manager at Bosley Construction Inc in 1993, and held this position until 2007. During this same period, from 1993 to 2007, they also served as the Executive Director for Little Rock Executives' Association. Melita then joined Metropolitan National Bank in 2007 as the AVP Electronic Banking, and held this role until 2013. Following that, they worked at Bank of the Ozarks as the VP Treasury Management from 2013 to 2018. Currently, they are employed at Arkansas Federal Credit Union, where they have held the roles of Director of Treasury Management since 2018 and AVP Deposit & Treasury Operations since June 2021.

Melita Porter attended Harding University from 1985 to 1987, but did not obtain a degree or select a field of study. Melita then enrolled at the University of Arkansas from 1987 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education.
