Joel Richardson

Joel Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joel started their career as a Salesperson at K&G Fashion Superstore in 2009 and later transitioned to become a Collegiate Recruiter at Hyles-Anderson College. In 2010, they joined RadioShack as a Store Manager and worked there until 2013. After that, they moved on to Moorehead Communications, where they worked in Sales for a brief period.

Since 2013, Joel has been working at Surf Internet, where they have held several positions. Joel started as a Field Technician and gradually progressed to become a Lead Technician, responsible for overseeing technical operations. In 2018, Joel took on the role of Technical Manager and managed technical aspects of the company until 2020. Joel then served as an Operations Manager for ten months before being promoted to Customer Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director Customer Operations.

Throughout their career, Joel has gained valuable experience in customer service, operations management, technical expertise, and sales.

Joel Richardson obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Religious/Sacred Music from Hyles-Anderson College, where they studied from 2007 to 2012.
