Ian Faass

Ian Faass is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as the Owner of Surface Experts in the Quad Cities and Peoria areas since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ian held various positions at The Timken Company from May 1994 to August 2020, including Director of Sales for Motion Industries, Vice President of Off-highway, and Global Account Executive for Caterpillar. Ian's background includes significant expertise in OEM partnerships and global sales management, demonstrated through leadership roles with major clients in the automotive and construction sectors. Ian holds an Executive Leadership Development degree from Stanford University, an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
