Les Kelso

Les Kelso, MBA is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Surge Energy America. Prior to this, Les served as the President of LH1 Energy and Co-Founder & COO of Iron Horse Energy, LLC. Les also held various leadership positions at Hess Corporation, including Director of Drilling & Completions and Director of Global UnConventionals. Les has a strong background in Oil & Gas operations and leadership positions, with experience at companies like BP and AMOCO Production Co. Les holds a Masters of Business Administration from Rice Business and a Bachelor's of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.
