Jose M. Andre Iñiguez

Jose M. Andre Iñiguez serves as the Director of Alumni Impact at Surge Institute, focusing on developing leaders of color to drive transformative community change. With extensive experience as an independent consultant in K-12 education and postsecondary success, Jose has worked with various clients including Harvard Professional Education and Year Up. Previous roles include Director of Search and Strategy Consulting at Stronger Consulting, Senior Director at Year Up, and Associate Editor at MTV Public Affairs. Jose holds a Master of Education in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master of Education in Education Leadership from The Broad Center, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA.
