Josue Orozco

Josue Orozco has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Josue started their career in the US Navy, where they served as an Aviation Boatswain's Mate and later as an Information Systems Specialist. In 2004, they joined One Step Retail Solutions as a Marketing Communications Officer, where they developed the company's online payment system.

In 2007, Josue Orozco founded their own company, OV Web Solutions, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer until 2012. Josue then founded BillPay Solutions in 2012, where they served as CEO and Founder until 2017. At BillPay Solutions, they helped businesses accept various forms of payment and lower operational costs.

During their tenure at Under Armour from 2015 to 2016, Josue Orozco worked as a Development Team Lead. Josue guided teams of senior software developers and provided technical leadership to maintain high standards of software quality.

Since 2014, Josue Orozco has been working at Surge, LLC as a Senior Software Engineer. Josue has been responsible for training new developers, architecting product solutions, and leading development teams. Josue has worked with high-profile clients, such as the Department of Transportation, New York City, and Under Armour, developing comprehensive business solutions using modern programming languages.

Throughout their career, Josue Orozco has received recognition for their accomplishments, including being awarded as a Rising Star in 2011 for their work at One Step Retail Solutions.

Josue Orozco attended DeVry University in Fresno, California from 2005 to 2007. During this period, they pursued a major in Computer Information Systems (CIS). Josue did not specify if they obtained a degree from the institution. In January 2020, Josue Orozco acquired a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
