Lawrence Allen

Lawrence Allen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product design, UI/UX, and web development. Lawrence started their own company, Lawrence Allen Design, in 2012, where they oversee the management, creation, and collaboration of website and application projects, along with leading the development of brand identity and logo design.

In 2013, they joined Surge as a Design Consultant and Senior Product Designer. Lawrence led product design processes for various web-based applications in industries such as healthcare staffing, API management, cyber security, media CRM, and feed delivery, among others. Their responsibilities included business analysis, stakeholder interviews, user experience design, prototyping, and design system construction.

Later on, Lawrence worked at Talentcrowd™ as a Design Consultant and Senior Product Designer, where they supported the product design process for online car wash applications and led the design process for web-based identity validation and child mental health education progressive applications.

Lawrence also had roles at WebBuy as a Design Consultant and Product Designer, where they provided design consultation for cross-media solutions, led the product design process for online vehicle-buying applications, and supported the product design process for online vehicle applications.

Lawrence's experience also includes working as a Design Consultant and Product Designer at CR-T, where they led the product design process for web-based credit and loan review applications. Additionally, they have experience as a Visual Communication Design - Lecturer at Eastern Washington University and as an Adjunct Instructor at Spokane Falls Community College.

Early in their career, Lawrence worked at Zipline Interactive as a Lead Designer and at BHW1 as a Front-End Developer and Development Intern, gaining experience in web design, marketing, and UI implementation.
