Giorgio Masetti

Giorgio Masetti has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Giorgio began their career at Bayer spa in 1989, where they worked in sales and marketing for twelve years. Giorgio then joined Bayer Healthcare as an Associate Director of Global Marketing for Antinfective products, a role they held until 2005. In 2006, Masetti joined Bristol Myers Squibb as an Associate Director of US Marketing for Oncology Vinflunine. Giorgio later took on roles with increasing responsibility at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Associate Director of Marketing for Oncology Erbitux and Associate Director of Marketing Franchise Oncology. From 2010 to 2013, Masetti served as Associate European Marketing Director for Diabetes in Europe. Giorgio then worked as the Atripla Marketing Lead and HIV Portfolio Marketing Lead for the US at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2013 to 2017. In 2018, Masetti became the President of Fidia Pharma USA Inc., a subsidiary of Fidia Farmaceutici S.p.A. Giorgio held this role until 2020. In the same year, Masetti took on the role of President at Surgenex. Since 2020, they have been working at Kedrion Biopharma, first as the US Marketing Director, then as the VP Commercial Director for the US, and currently as the Global & US Marketing Lead.
