Tara Palmerton Miles

Tara Palmerton Miles, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tara is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Surgical Notes, a position they have held since March 2022. Tara Palmerton Miles, PHR, holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of South Florida, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Oswego from 2005 to 2010. Tara also attended Fayetteville Manlius High School from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in August 2018.
