Michele Radomski

Michele Radomski has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Michele is currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Surrey Schools. Prior to this, they worked at Abbotsford School District as an Associate Superintendent of Human Resources from 2018 to 2023. Michele also held positions at Technical Safety BC, where they served as the Director of HR & Talent and Leader of Performance and Learning. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at First West Credit Union. Michele began their career in the Vancouver Island Health Authority, where they held various roles including Manager of HR Integrated Teams, Acting Manager of Work Design & Compensation, Organization Development Consultant & Team Leader, and Compensation Consultant.

Michele Radomski received their Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business from the University of Victoria, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Michele then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management at Simon Fraser University from 1998 to 2000.

In terms of additional certifications, Michele obtained their CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) membership from CPHR BC & Yukon in January 2003. Michele also completed the "When Cultures Meet" training program offered by Power & Systems Inc in September 2017. Most recently, in January 2020, Michele became trained in "Dare to Lead" by Dare to Lead™ Trained.
