Chris Rhoades is Director of Sales responsible for the Management of sales processes and driving sales goals for Surveillance Secure. His other responsibilities include the following: Sales to Project Hand Off Communication, Customer Service, and Business Development/Community Relationship Building. Chris has over 12 years of experience in the security industry with a focus on customer service, retention, and development. He is an avid learner of all things related to Security Technology and Business Management/Leadership.

Chris completed his bachelor’s degree from Towson University in Towson, MD. Following school, he worked in IT recruiting, and then helped grow Maryland Security Professionals from infancy to acquisition in the electronic security and security as a service space.
