Product Director, International Growth at SurveyMonkey

Chris Small is the current Product Director for International Growth at Momentive. Prior to this, they worked as Americas Technology Manager - RTV Products at General Electric Silicones from August 1989 to December 2007. There, they led a team of eleven technologists supporting a $55MM business segment with new product development and existing product quality support. Chris also served as the facilities manager for an 80-person technology department.

Before their time at General Electric Silicones, Chris Small worked as a Process Engineer at Kraft General Foods from July 1985 to August 1989. There, they were responsible for coffee manufacturing design associated with decaffeination and soluble coffee operations. Chris completed the design, installation, and operation of a $0.5MM pilot unit for a novel coffee agglomeration process. In addition, Chris conducted numerous pilot trials and manufacturing coverage for new decaffeination processes.

Chris Small has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from University at Albany, SUNY.
