Denise Foley

Denise Foley is currently the Lead Commercial Counsel at Momentive. Prior to that, they worked as Sr. Corporate Counsel at Symantec Corporation from January 2007 to December 2015. During their time there, they provided legal support to various business teams, drafted and negotiated licensing agreements, advised the finance and product teams, and assisted with due diligence and integration of M&A activities. In 2014, they worked in the EMEA headquarters in England.

During their time at Symantec, Denise received multiple awards and accolades, including the Standing Ovation Award from Sales in 2014 and the Standing Ovation Award from Bus Dev in 2012. Denise was also a recipient of multiple Symantec Applause Awards from 2007 to 2015.
