Arvind Ramaswami

Arvind Ramaswami has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Arvind currently serves as the Financial Director at Survitec Group Ltd., where they lead a regional finance team and is responsible for enhancing financial reports, implementing business analytics, managing projects, and improving profitability. Prior to this, Arvind held various leadership positions at Avon, including Interim Head of Finance APAC, Senior Manager Financial Planning Analysis, Financial Controller, and Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analytics. In these roles, they contributed to the growth of the APAC region, implemented cost-saving measures, ensured compliance with accounting standards, and developed financial models to drive decision-making. Additionally, Arvind has gained experience in finance management at companies like Orion Electronics Ltd., Cars India Pvt Ltd, Sacha Trading Pte Ltd, and Pragati Moulders Pvt Ltd. Arvind began their career as an Audit Intern at NC Rajagopal & Co.

Arvind Ramaswami has a diverse education background. Arvind holds a B.Com degree, CA (Australia) certification, and CIMA (UK) designation. In 2005, they attended the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, specializing in Accounting and Finance, and obtained the CA degree in 2007. Arvind further pursued studies at CIMA from 2007 to 2010, focusing on financial strategy, risk control strategy, business strategy, and management accounting. Arvind also completed a Bachelor of Commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University between 1983 and 1991. Additionally, they acquired the ACA qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India during the years 1984 to 1987, encompassing financial management, auditing, financial accounting, management accounting, and tax. Before all that, Arvind completed their Higher Secondary education with a focus on accounting at Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Sr. Sec. School from 1981 to 1983.
