Lesley Burdis

Lesley Burdis has extensive work experience in supply chain management and demand planning. Lesley currently holds the position of Regional Supply Chain Director - APAC MEA at Survitec Group Ltd. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the supply chain operations in the Asia Pacific and Middle East Africa regions. Prior to this, Lesley served as the Regional Supply Chain Director at Survitec Group Ltd. and as the Supply Chain Manager Oceania.

Before joining Survitec Group Ltd., Lesley worked at Novartis for a significant period. During their tenure at Novartis, they held the positions of End to End Supply Network Planning Manager, Regional Demand & Supply Manager, and Senior Demand Planner / Customer Supply Chain Analyst. In these roles, they focused on ensuring high customer service levels, implementing and supporting S&OP processes, resolving supply situations, and driving inventory targets.

Lesley also gained experience working at Allergan as a Demand Planner - APAC and at Goodman Fielder as an Inventory Planner. Lesley began their career as a Demand Planner at Cat Media (now Pharmacare) and Penford Australia. Additionally, Lesley has experience as a Personal Assistant at Steinhoff Pacific and N Stenning.
