Carlita McIlwain

Carlita McIlwain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community health outreach, program management, and business consulting. Currently serving as the Manager for Community Health Outreach at Susan G. Komen since May 2022, Carlita also operates as the President and CEO of CARDOMANGÉ LLC, overseeing a diverse business conglomerate focused on various consulting services and event management since March 2013. Previous roles include administrative management for the State of Maryland House of Delegates, where Carlita managed a significant Congressional campaign budget, and directorial positions in healthcare program management. Carlita's educational background includes an MBA and a Master's in Health Care Administration/Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Bowie State University.
