Kate Watt

Kate Watt has a solid background in nonprofit organizations, with a focus on community development, fundraising, and relationship building. Kate'smost recent role was as the SVP of Community Development at Susan G. Komen, where they oversaw the organization's operations and strategic plans. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Susan G. Komen Florida, where they successfully secured foundation gifts and grew the annual giving program. Before joining Susan G. Komen, Kate worked at the Urban League of Palm Beach County as the Chief Development Officer, where they built public/private partnerships and engaged volunteers to address community needs. Kate also has experience as the Administrative Director of the Cultural Trust of the Palm Beaches, where they coordinated fundraising activities and managed ongoing projects. Earlier in their career, Kate served as the Administrative Director of the National Alliance for Youth Sports' Hook A Kid On Golf program, where they led staff, managed grants, and maintained relationships with national partners.

Kate Watt attended the University of Central Florida from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Political Science.
