Tom Henderson, CSM CPPM

Tom Henderson, CSM CPPM, has worked in the technology industry since 2003. Theirwork experience includes a Software Developer role at Regis Corporation from 2003-2005, an Associate Project Manager role at Data Recognition Corporation from 2005-2013, an Implementation Manager role at Kforce Inc from 2014-2016, and a Senior Digital Project Manager role at Valtira from 2016-2022. At Data Recognition Corporation, Tom developed and implemented a company-wide training curriculum for incident tracking system, managed scheduled tasks for three support teams, served 12 clients and 64 projects, managed support incident coverage for ERP systems in four warehouses, and maintained communication between support group and other business groups, resulting in reduced problem resolution time. Tom is currently a Project Manager at Susco.

Tom Henderson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Management from Bethel University, an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Applied Science from John A. Logan College, and has completed studies in Computer Science Management at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. In addition, they hold certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance (obtained in May 2016) and as a Certified Professional Project Manager from the University of St. Thomas (obtained in September 2014).
