Emil Samour has held various managerial positions in the restaurant industry. Starting as a Restaurant Manager at McDonald's in 2010, they later became a Restaurant Manager at YOI in 2012. Since November 2013, Emil has been with Sushi Yama, where they have served as a Chief Operating Officer, Operations Manager, Regional Manager, and Restaurant Manager.
