Jason joined Susquehanna in 2009 and manages the legal activities of Susquehanna and its funds.

Jason is responsible for deal structuring, negotiation, legal due diligence and execution as well as business and corporate development matters and general fund operations. Jason also serves as a sounding board for Susquehanna’s entrepreneurs on portfolio company matters, particularly with respect to transactions, incentive compensation and dispute resolution. In addition, Jason provides advice and counsel to SIG on business and corporate development matters and cutting edge technology and software projects.

Prior to joining Susquehanna, Jason was a mergers and acquisitions attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Jones Day in New York, providing advice to public and private companies, private equity firms and family offices on a variety of matters from large public company mergers to small personal investments.

Jason received his J.D. and LL.M. (International and Comparative Law) from Cornell Law School and a B.A. (English Literature and Anthropology) from St. Lawrence University. He is licensed to practice law in New York, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
