Eric Chen

Eric Chen currently serves as the Product Engineering Manager at SUSS MicroTec, a position held since May 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at 艾司摩爾 from November 2010 to May 2021, culminating in the position of Group Lead, where Eric led technical support teams for scanner and metrology tools and managed projects to enhance manufacturing processes. As a Sr. Project Lead, contributions included business feasibility studies and implementation of lean projects, resulting in substantial cost savings. Eric also has a background in team leadership, continuous improvement, and customer service with a focus on resolving technical issues. Prior to industry experience, Eric worked as a Research Assistant at Academia Sinica and holds a Master of Engineering in Biophotonics from National Yang Ming University.
